Please note:

• AutoLUX comes in three "flavors":
  1. runs with AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, or 2002
  2. runs with AutoCAD 2004, 2005, or 2006
  3. runs with AutoCAD 2007, 2008, or 2009

  The upgrade fee applies when your existing flavor does not work with your new AutoCAD version. For example, suppose you are moving from AutoCAD 2007 to 2009. No upgrade fee will be due (but you must still download/install AutoLUX for AC 2009).

• No hardcopy manual is included. The AutoLUX User's Guide is disk-resident -- you read it with a web browser such as Internet Explorer. To obtain a hardcopy, simply print from your browser.

• If you have purchased an AutoLUX license during the 290 days just past and wish to follow one of the three upgrade paths above, you may be eligible for full or partial credit, as follows:

  If the original purchase and upgrade are less than 90 days apart, there is no charge for the upgrade. Otherwise, the upgrade price begins at zero and grows by 1/2% for each day beyond the 90^th. Example: On March 1 you purchase AutoLUX for AutoCAD 2006. Later you upgrade to AutoLUX for AutoCAD 2008. If the upgrade occurs before May 30, there is no charge. If you upgrade on August 1 (153 days after March 1), the upgrade will cost US$53.24 (153-90 = 63 days --- 63 x .5% = 31.5% --- .315 x $169 = $53.24. If the upgrade occurs after December 16 (290 days after March 1), the discount disappears completely.

Support is offered two ways:

Premium Support is included for 90 days following each license purchase. Thereafter, only Basic Support is provided at no charge. Premium Support is available for an annual fee:
